Campout on McGill Campground, Frazier Park

Our Troop headed out on Friday Oct 23rd for a two night scenic camping adventure in the Los Padres National Forest, where there were many opportunities for star gazing amidst clear skies and a nearly full moon. Scouts had many opportunities to showcase their cooking skills towards rank advancements. Some of them enjoyed the comfort of bunking on hammocks and learning skills associated with set up. Many thanks to Craig Gott, Esther Cha, Tyler Roberts, and other selfless adult leaders who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this happen!
